Terms and Conditions

Our prices are based on one-day/one use charge. This includes delivery the day of your party (or one day earlier) and return the next day after your party is finished. If you wish to rent items for an extended time, please call for special rates.
We require at least a 4 hour time range within our business hours to appropriately schedule your delivery and / or pickup. Specifically timed delivery or pickups can only be provided on a limited basis depending on the daily expected volume of orders. This is subject to availability and may incur additional fees depending on the circumstances.
Tent rentals require a 50% (non-refundable) reservation deposit to confirm the order. Most other reservations do not.
We do charge for missing broken or damaged items, and therefore recommend that you provide the necessary security since the responsibility for the equipment remains with the lessee from the time of delivery until the time of return.
The balance for all rentals is due prior to installation / delivery (or the day of) or when you pick up your order or it’s installed.
Accounts will be set up for reoccurring commercial clients with suitable credit references. Some restrictions apply for one time only orders.
Existing accounts that are more than 30 days in arrears will be considered on a case by case basis.
Sales tax is not included in pricing and is additional where applicable unless signed certificates of exemption are furnished and approved.
Hot Tub rental subject to availability. Rental for two (2) day period with renter providing all water and electricity for the unit on site.
Prices listed include delivery and set up to locations in our delivery area. Additional cost will be required for services that are being delivered to area parks, or that are required to be set up and taken down in the same day. Additionally all permits and fees for rental installment in areas requiring permits are the responsibility of the party renting the equipment. Proof of permit must be provided prior to installation.
The seating capacity listed above was calculated using long banquet tables. You may wish to use round tables, which are available for rent, but please note that the seating capacity will be decreased due to the area required for round tables.
CAUTION: Each installation site must be evaluated by our rental specialists for proper securing/anchoring methods and acceptable clearance ratio. Some soils require staking or securing different from that provided with the tent. Weather can impose significant forces and good judgment and common sense must be used while installing and securing a tent. It is the responsibility of the tent renter/maintainer to be aware of any anticipated extreme weather to which the tent may be subjected and to plan for timely evacuation, and if necessary, for the safe takedown of the tent. A successful event is always a safe event. Wear and use proper safety equipment to ensure a safe and adequate installation and takedown. Be sure to comply with the OSHA and local building code regulations applicable in your area.
